Helen Yawson is an award winning singer with 5 music projects to her name. She has a deep passion to see many come into a deeper relationship with God, through the music, she performs.
Helen Yawson is a sought after Worship Leader and has led worship for over 30 years in various countries sharing platforms with seasoned leaders like Lionel Petersen, Alvin Slaughter, Ron Kenoly and Marcel Boungou.
Helen has also shared the stage with other recognized gospel artists, such as Jessy Dixon, Mary Mary, Andrea Crouch and Daniel Winans.
Helen Yawson is committed to developing vocal talents through seminars and personal tuition, through her company, VOCHAY SOLUTIONS.
She is also the Head of the Music Division of KICC (Kingsway International Christian Centre) Ghana.
She has performed at various conferences, concerts and festivals in Ghana, and the UK, including the Cross Rhythms Roots and Branches Festival ‘One Voice’ held at Dudley Castle (UK), The International Gathering of Champions Conference (UK), the annual 24hr Praise and Worship Concert (Ghana), Receive the Worship Concert (Republic of Benin) and many more.
She organizes the annual Worship Master Class and The Voice Academy in Accra, Ghana.
Helen Yawson is often invited to run customized vocal workshops as well as "Worship & Lifestyle Seminars". She is married to Pastor Andy Yawson and they have two children.
